Each product is labeled with the following availability: Available, Pre-Order, and Back Order. Personalized Items are only available upon request and confirmation.

Pre - Order | These items are products from the most recent collection that can be purchased to reserve your item within the available inventory being made. The item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available post production. | 2-5 business after product becomes available |
Back Order | These items are currently out of stock but will be restocked soon. Immediate purchase or shipment for these items are not available. | 2-5 business after product becomes available |
Personalized Items | These items are custom-made and exclusively prepared for you. A Client Advisor will contact you to confirm your request, price for custom item and process your payment. | 2-5 business days after production period Processing and production period for item ranges 2-3 weeks |
